Our son was around 1.5 years old when we started noticing him regress in his developmental goals. Earlier, he would recite the alphabet, dance to his favourite song and be extremely playful with his elder brother. But around 18 months of age, he started exhibiting nonchalant behaviour where he stopped answering to his name, stopped playing with his brother, and didn’t react to any songs or stimulii.

Our world shattered when his paediatrician directed us towards him being regressing as a sign of autism. He suggested us to visit the Sensitivity clinic. And we cannot thank God enough that we did.

Between December 2022 and July 2024, our child began achieving milestones we thought were difficult. He responds eagerly to his name, engages in conversations, and thrives in school. The most remarkable change: he shares detailed stories about his day!

Now, he is a 4.5-year-old child who goes to regular school, makes friends and discusses all that a child his age should.
